Sinu Arst City Center clinic performs the following methods of coronavirus testing:

  • SARS-CoV-2 PCR test from nasopharyngeal swab, the positive result of which confirms that you are infected with the coronavirus and potentially infectious to others. In case of a negative test result, we can issue a paper certificate (mainly necessary for crossing the border, attending an event or for insurance cases) in Estonian, Russian or English.

The SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result can be obtained within 24 – 48 hours. Please be aware that you will be contacted if PCR test result is positive.

  • SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid test from nasopharyngeal swab. The test indicates whether or not you are infected with the coronavirus. Suitable for travelling to countries where an antigen test result is accepted. Please find out the corona requirements of your trip in both the destination and departure countries, before coming for the test.

The SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid test result can be obtained within 30 minutes

  • Antibody IgG QN test from venous blood (IgG). This test detects the presence of antibodies, shows their numerical level at the time of sampling. A positive result indicates recovery from COVID-19 disease, late-stage disease or the presence of antibodies resulting from vaccination. The antibodies are determined from venous blood, not earlier than two to three weeks after getting infected or as a result of vaccination. No previous fasting is required for testing. The test is not suitable for travelling.

The Antibody IgG QN test result can be obtained during the next working day

This is a diagnostic dermoscopy between the medical center and dermatologist, to offer the patients birthmark examination services near their home.

The Dermtest solution offers the possibility of sending pictures of the nevi and the anamnesis to a specialist to offer evaluation.

The Dermtest mission is to improve the early detection of melanoma and reduce the number of deaths from melanoma.

Dermtest is a so-called lesion-directed-triage dermatoscopy solution, where 1-3 birthmarks, that are of concern to the patient, are photographed during an examination. So this is not a full-body examination, but a first checkup with an option of follow-up observation. Dermatoscopy pictures are being consulted by distinguished dermatologists and dermato-oncologists.

For diagnostic dermoscopy, please book an appointment with a nurse practitoner.

Examination of the first birthmark costs 55 euros and 15 euros for each subsequent birthmark (up to 3 birthmarks during one appointment).

Hemodynamics diagnostic test is beneficial for all patients with high blood pressure, who take medication for their condition.

The diagnostic test is done by a state-of-the-art machine, where the computer analyzes the blood circulation and organ work of patients suffering from high blood pressure. This gives the doctor information which blood pressure medications are best suited for the particular patient. It has been established that precision treatment improves quality of life because organs receive more oxygen to perform their functions better and this in turn leads to longer life.

The diagnostic test is suitable for everyone who:

  • is interested in a personal treatment plan
  • is not satisfied with their current treatment plan due to side effects or fluctuating blood pressure, leading to complaints such as weakness, dizziness, etc.
  • has high blood pressure regardless of current treatment.

The suitability of medications can be evaluated after at least 3 weeks of medication usage.

NB! During the day of the test, medication must be taken in the morning as usual.

You will have an appointment with the doctor for 20 minutes, who will examine you and look into your medical history and previous heart examinations.

This is followed by the actual diagnostic test, which is painless and takes about 20 minutes. After this the doctor will check the results and prescribe new medication if necessary, along with treatment recommendations.

We will offer a 20% discount for a recurrent test.

Duration: 40 min, during which final results are given.
